Influence of root canal moisture conditions on the bond strength of endodontic sealers to dentin

Objective: To investigate the influence of intraradicular moisture conditions on bond strength 3 different endodontic cements in coronal, middle, and apical thirds root canal. Materials Methods: 90 single-rooted teeth were instrumented with a reciprocal R#50 file randomly divided into experimental groups: Dry group: dry canals absorbent paper tips; Moist suction syringe capillary tip coupled to vacuum pump; Wet aspiration suction. The groups according sealer used: AH plus (Denstply), Hiflow (Brasseler) Bio-c Sealer (Angelus). Obturation was performed using Tagger's hybrid technique single cone. subjected "push-out" test evaluate cements. Results: Data analyzed Kolgomorov-Smirnoff normal distribution Mann Whitney U compare means within between groups. standard error established 5% at significance level 95%. showed better results regardless canal conditions. group compared moist (p=0.023) cervical area. Bio-C no statistically significant differences (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Moisture affected values prevalence failure moduli mixed all thirds, cement used.
